I've been with Karen for a while now & TBH....her P Training has helped me more than just from a physical perspective. I think this is down to her, I suppose, holistic approach to what she does. Everyone has their own reasons for going down the PT route, for me....it was to gain strength as means of future proofing. I'm not old but was beginning to FEEL old & getting nervous of falling etc! My strength has 100% improved and my outlook has also.
