I've been with Karen for a while now & TBH....her P Training has helped me more than just from a physical perspective. I think this is down to her, I suppose, holistic approach to what she does. Everyone has their own reasons for going down the PT route, for me....it was to gain strength as means of future proofing. I'm not old but was beginning to FEEL old & getting nervous of falling etc! My strength has 100% improved and my outlook has also. I've had a couple of physical hurdles over past while but....as Karen has instilled in me...the body is made up of so many parts.....most workouts can be adjusted & strengthening will only help. Everyday Strong Coaching focuses on teaching and building skills and abilities in the gym and outside of it, not just delivering workouts or giving you meal plans.
Coaching is broken down into 3 levels.
Level 1: builds your foundations with training and nutrition with full 1 to 1 coaching in person.Level 2: is where you start to apply what you have learned in the gym by yourself but still have some support of in person sessions.Level 3: is full online coaching where you train by yourself but with a training program, nutrition support and my coaching support in the background.You learn how to train with confidence and understand how to progress your strength, fitness and nutrition through the levels that you need.

Beginners, those returning after time away or anyone who wants to train and lift with confidence.If you feel unsure how to get strong, fit or make training part of your life, this is your starting point.
